server log
Our website is hosted by A1 and stores user data.
General
A1 is the web hosting provider and processor. The infrastructure is located in Austria.
Storage of access to websites/log files
Log files are files in which processes running in a computer or network system are logged. Log files fall under the traffic data category.
As a web hosting provider, A1 stores the following information from website visitors for 14 days:
- Visited website
- Time of access
- Amount of data sent
- the source or link through which you came to the website
- the browser used
- the operating system used
- the IP address used by the visitor
- the HTTP response code
Regardless of this storage period, the website operator has the option of activating statistical software. This software is pre-installed on the website operator's web space, but is not activated in the A1 standard setting. If this statistical software is activated by the website operator, statistical files are generated from the log files. These statistical files are then the responsibility of the website operator.
The storage period for these statistical files is 12 months. After the storage period has expired, the recorded statistical files are automatically deleted. External backup of these statistical files is of course up to the website operator and is not within A1's sphere of influence.
The website operator can deactivate the statistical software at any time. In this case, however, the saved statistical files remain on the server for a maximum of 12 months.
Personal information
We do not collect any personal data (such as names, addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses) via our websites, unless you voluntarily provide us with such data (for example by contacting us) or have given your consent or the relevant legal provisions on the protection of your data permit this.
Links
We check links that leave our website editorially very carefully. Nevertheless, we assume no responsibility or liability for the content of pages to which links are provided from this website or any other website.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your mobile device using the browser. They're not doing any damage. We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Web analysis
Your IP address is recorded but pseudonymised immediately. This means that only a rough localization is possible. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
